MJ Family Top 6 Things ONLY TRUE FANS Know!

The more we grow up, the more we realize just how dramatic our families really are. Now, imagine your family was an internet sensation and turn all that up to eleven, and you might get a taste of what the MJ family is about! The MJ Family is made up of four - dad and mom Funny Mike and Jaliyah Monet, and their children Londyn and Baby MJ. Here are a couple of things that only true fans might know about this beloved YouTube family!

Number 6. Stormy Relationship
The MJ Family channel was launched in 2017, running for three years before the couple went their separate ways earlier this year. Man, 2020, has been such a drag. After the break up Jaliyah took over the channel, renaming it Jaliyahma. Thank god after a while Mike and Jaliyah reconciled, and now the family is back together stronger than ever!

Number 5. The Man With Multiple Nicknames
So, you probably know him as Funny Mike, but he is also known as 22 Savage and Young 22. These fancy titles only grew on after he became famous, as before that he was known as Mighty Mike, while his YouTube and Instagram handles went by GirlHeFunny.
The 22 Savage nickname was born simply to one-up the stage name of rapper 21 Savage.

Number 4. Multiple Talents
Why did Mike choose to parody a rapper nickname, you might ask? Well, while he's known nowadays mostly for his comedy content focusing on pranks and challenges, Funny Mike actually released several rap songs in the past, as surely older fans remember. His most popular song published under the alias of Savage 22 is, ironically, "Ain't No 21".

Number 3. Guest Star
Okay, we know that Funny-Mike has appeared on many seasons of Wild-n-Out, but did you know he shares a birth date with Nick Cannon? Nick is the host and creator of the popular show. While we’re still on the topic, it is worth knowing that Dan Rue and Funny Mike are home buddies from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Number 2. Singing Mama
Well, apparently, Funny Mike is not the only singer in the house. Jaliyah is a singer too, as she dropped her first single "Like Me" in late 2019. Before that, he guest starred in Funny Mike music video "I need you". Both music videos are hovering around the ten million views mark, proving that Jaliyah can go toe-to-toe with her companion even when it comes to musical content.

Number 1. MJ Babies
Born on February 12, 2019, Londyn is an Aquarius, while Baby MJ was born in the first part of July 2020, making the little guy a Cancer. Cancer is a water sign, and Aquarius is an air sign. Aquarius deal with things based on their intellectual mind, while Cancer rely on their instincts and realism. Once they settle their differences and cooperate with each other, they balance each other wonderfully, and form a deep, dynamic partnership. Looks like we'll have a blast seeing these two growing up together!
