The 49-second-long clip begins with a kid doing Bhangra while standing outside the gate of a house. As the little kid dances, two pugs, who are on the other side of the gate, can be seen excitedly jumping and barking as they watch the boy. As the kid stops, the doggos also stop jumping and wait for him to start again. Once he begins doing the steps, the puppers also start jumping excitedly. The person recording the scene can also be heard laughing in the background.
