Rafa is the sweetest and cutest little dog on the planet! Rafa is a Cavachon, a mixed breed between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon Frisé. Rafa is such a sweet-natured and loving companion. He's extremely intelligent, playful, and loves all dogs and humans regardless of size. I don't think he realizes he's only 14 lbs!
