"Sarbasresta is about a concept of mind, body and self. It is said in the ancient literatures that a human-being comprises of three elements. Mind, Body and Self. It is an absolute necessity for the 'Self' to be superior amongst the three. Being 'Sarbasresta', the best amongst the three.

A being whose body is on the top is controlled by it. Controlled by lust and begins perceiving human body as a material, always seeking for materialistic possessions. A being whose mind is on the top is always controlled by his mind. Doubt, fear, insecurities. These kind of beings are easily defeated by its own mind and controlled by it. Resulting to many mental illnesses, negativity, dilemmas, self-doubts, lack of self-confidence, self-worth and what not.

But a being whose 'Self' sits on top amongst the three. That is when the self is Sarbasresta, the best of the best, the alpha the omega, the supreme. He now controls all the aspects of his life. The enemy mind, the materialistic body, and himself. He now becomes the "Sarbasresta". He is in full control of himself now".
