Every time Rashida Jones breaks character playing Karen Filippelli (and other times she's laughing in the back of takes :D)

Although Karen only appeared in season 3 of the office (and briefly in season 4, 5 and 7) there are a few bloopers where Rashida Jones cannot contain her laughter and laughs whilst filming, usually at other people's jokes.
