What could be nicer than playing a friend and watching his reaction?! Therefore, we have compiled for you new giant recipes. Today we’ll cook giant pancakes and giant sandwiches!
Giant sandwich:
● 4 cups of water
● 14 ounces of malt
● 4 pounds of flour
● 1 ounce of salt
● 1 ¾ ounces of yeast
● 2 pounds of mayonnaise
● 10 ounces of French mustard
● 1 pound of pickles
● 7 ounces of cilantro
● 2 pounds of lettuce
● 2 pounds of tomatoes
● 20 ounces of cheese
● 2 pounds of ham
Cook the bun. Add salt and water to yeast, stir. Put in malt and flour. Knead dough and let it rise for 2 hours. When the dough has risen knead it again and spread over a baking tray. Bake in an oven at 355 degrees F for one and a half hours.
Assemble the sandwich. Cut the bun in half, spread mayonnaise and mustard all over the surface. Put on pickles, cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, ham, and lettuce again. Cover it with the other half of the bun.
Maxi pancakes:
● 4 pounds of flour
● 4 cups of drinkable yogurt
● 10 ounces of sugar
● 15 eggs
● 7 ounces of vegetable oil
● maple syrup

Cook pancakes. Put sugar and baking powder in flour, mix with a whisk. Pour in drinkable yogurt, and add 15 egg yolks. Whip egg whites in a different bowl to get foam, add them to the rest of the ingredients, pour in vegetable oil and mix it to get a smooth consistency. Fry in a preheated pan, turn over when ready. Put on a plate, pour maple syrup on top and decorate with berries.
